Your mail services from Canada Post may be interrupted which could affect your CAA membership or insurance coverage. Here's how you can keep your coverage intact.

Membership Account Payment Options for CAA Membership

  • By phone. Call a CAA Store (1.800.564.6222) any time between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday to make a payment with your credit card.
  • In store. Visit your nearest CAA Store to pay in person by credit/debit card, cheque, or cash.
  • Online. Log into My Account or create an account to make a payment.
  • Online banking. Set up CAA Saskatchewan as a payee, using your membership number (16-digits), in your online banking service.

By the way, the Automatic Membership Renewal Program is a convenient payment option that allows for continued membership, without any delays. You will receive a one-time $10 discount for enrolling.

Temporary Membership Card for New Members

In case of any delays regarding receipt of your permanent membership card, please use the number from your temprary membership card to request roadside assistance or any other CAA services. Call or visit your local CAA Store for help.

Travel Insurance Customers

Your insurance policy documentation will be emailed. If you do not have an email address, please arrange to pick up your documents at your local CAA Store. If you need further assistance please call 1.800.564.6222.
